WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
- Our prices do not include Import Duty and GST/VAT applicable in your country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
- All products will be shipped within 10-14 business days after payment is received. As an online shopper by ourselves, we love to receive our purchases in the shortest period possible. Therefore, we will make every effort to shorten your waiting time too.
- Orders are shipped by Israel Post or DHL with a tracking number.
- Please note that if you choose DHL for your shipping you will have to pay handling fees.
- Delivery time to most of the world is 3 - 14 business days (depending on your choice of delivery service)
- Delivery times will vary according to the destination and type of delivery.
- Delivery times are estimated, delay by post, custom or holiday may occur. CONCEPTSTORE cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order.
- If you refuse to accept your package for any reason other than damage to the package, you may receive a refund for the products, minus the original shipment costs and the return shipping fees and a5 % restocking fee, if and when we receive the package back to our warehouse.
