The Jaffa Clock Tower is very impressive as it is in the entrance of Yaffo (Jaffa in Hebrew). When you come from the beach promenade you will find this wonderful monument automatically by yourself. Yaffo is a part of the town of Tel Aviv, the most ancient part but so different from everything in Tel Aiv: the architecture, the atmosphere, the mix of different cultures are so different and so special. The Jaffa Clock Tower is historically very important since it is one of seven towers build in Israel from the Ottoman period. Next to it, you can see the luxurious building of the Setai Hotel - it is one of the rare 5-star hotels in Israel.
